The collection of the personal data is done to know the persons and organisations interested in the BOHEALTH project and its results. The objective is to inform them about the latest news regarding the project and to monitor the dissemination achieved during its development. Please, read the paragraph: Data Protection.
Data Protection
All the information provided will become part of a database controlled by SIMPPLE, SLU. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access as well as data alteration or loss. The exclusive aim of collecting information about our users is to manage the relationships between SIMPPLE, SLU and the users of the BOHEALTH software, to disseminate the results of the BOHEALTH Project and other activities of SIMPPLE, SLU. If you do not agree to this treatment of your data, please do not send this form or use the BOHEALTH software.
You may exercise your right to access to your own personal data, to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in your information, and to opt out of the use of your information. For any of these purposes you must contact us by sending a written request to SIMPPLE, SLU to the following e-mail address: info@simpple.com with the following details: first name, surname and your specific request.

SIMPPLE SLU does not accept any liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this software and its content.
This software tool contains information about the results of the study done by the authors and it is not to be perceived as the opinion of the European Commission. The European Commission is not responsible for any use that may be made of it and the information contained therein.
LICENSE and Conditions of Use
THIS SOFTWARE ("BOHEALTH") IS COPYRIGHTED AND THE OWNER OF THE COPYRIGHT (SIMPPLE, S.L.U.) CLAIMS EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SUCH SOFTWARE, EXCEPT AS LICENSED TO USERS HEREUNDER AND SUBJECT TO COMPLETE COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS FREEWARE LICENSE.
This software has been developed by SIMPPLE, S.L.U. (www.simpple.com) under the BOHEALTH Project (www.bohealth.eu) and co-funded LIFE Programme of the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/environment/life/).
Regardless of the lack of a fee for license of "BOHEALTH" software, there are conditions for its use. As a prerequisite for grant of license to users, user agrees to the following terms and conditions. You are deemed to have read, understand, and have accepted all such terms and conditions upon executing "BOHEALTH" software.
Failure to abide by any of the terms and conditions set forth herein will result in an immediate revocation of your license to use "BOHEALTH" software, without any notice or other action by the copyright owner (SIMPPLE, S.L.U.).
SIMPPLE, S.L.U. grants you a non-exclusive license of "BOHEALTH" software for personal and/or internal use in your company / organisation / institution, including academic institutions, during a limited period of time of three months. After this testing period of time, your free license will be cancelled, and you should contact SIMPPLE SLU (info@simpple.com) for the renovation of this license.
It is explicitly excluded of this licence the use of "BOHEALTH" software for consultancy services to third parties without prior written authorisation of SIMPPLE, S.L.U.
If you are using "BOHEALTH" software free of charge under the terms of this agreement, you are not entitled to receive support although we will respond to support requests if they relate to any function of "BOHEALTH" software that is not performing its task correctly (bugs, etc). Despite all this, as far as possible, we will give support to you for a good use and optimum exploitation of the results.
"BOHEALTH" software is licensed to you in accordance with the following terms and conditions of this agreement. You represent and warrant that you will not violate any of the requirements of this agreement and further represent and warrant that:
- You will not, and will not permit others with your license to:
(i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works from our "BOHEALTH" software, or
(ii) copy or distribute the content of "BOHEALTH" software
- You will not use our "BOHEALTH" software to engage in or allow others to engage in any illegal activity.
- You will not sell our "BOHEALTH" software or charge others for use of it whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, without explicit prior written permission of SIMPPLE, S.L.U.
- You will not use "BOHEALTH" software to engage in any activity that will violate the rights of third parties, including, without limitation, through the use, public display, public performance, reproduction, distribution, or modification of communications or materials that infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, other proprietary rights, or rights against defamation of third parties.
- You may not claim any sponsorship by, endorsement by, or affiliation with SIMPPLE, S.L.U.
